Did you figure out the mistakes, in the above sentences? Here they are:

  1. One of the reasons I don’t talk to you is because of your nagging behavior even when I am with my friends.
When you say ‘one of the’ the following noun should be plural.
  2. The river near my house dries up in summer.
The correct usage of the phrase is ‘dries up’, ‘dries down’ is incorrect usage.
  3. I neither saw the snake nor the chicken, and you say a snake ate our chicken.
    With neither, use nor.
  4. I could not pass the Math test, but Ravi scored full marks.
The correct usage is ‘full marks’ and not ‘100 percent’.
  5. If you had ridden the bike faster and had not answered the phone call, you could have reached on time.
The sentence is in the perfect tense. Hence change rode to had ridden.
  6. I purchased all my furniture from the same store you purchased your furniture.
Furnitures is incorrect. In most of the cases, furniture is an uncountable noun. Hence, its plural will be furniture.
  7. Some people come to watch movies, some come to eat popcorn, and others have come to meet friends.
Do not use the past tense and present tense in the same sentence.
